Returns
We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 2–5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing time can vary.
If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@fitabulix.com.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
